SMD Component shifted issue coming from SMT side which cause pad off during process and there as per defined SOP operator fix the middle cover bracket from left to right due to which shifted component hit with middle cover edge lock while fitment which got component pad off. | 1. To prevent this defect one PCR raised for process modification. 2. Process modified with previous process at SOP No. 31 “ First operator align the middle bracket from top right then sequential align with centre middle point after that carefully fix with PCBA from bottom left corner”. 3. For detection one checkpoint added at Process No. 30 stage before middle cover bracket fitment to intercept this issue on that stage. 4. For Component shifted notification shared with SMT team to short the previous lot of PCBA and keep separate the shifted issue. 5. Official notification shared with SMT superior to improve the material issue at that end. | 07/2024 | ||
