> During shift end during Reco filling process observed gap in the reco sheet. > Further tracking leads that all the A class material was short with QPS of 1 nos. > Key binding data was matched with battery scanning data and also with FVI and packing data to track the exact device. > Due to this all the production line concern are stay 4 hours more after shift end due to investigation process. | "> Require Metal detector machine on the security checkpoint just after Air shower room, So that no one will take any metal part in and out from the production floor. > Any metal item will pass after verification of security concern on the production floor. > Security supervisor will be present during operator checking after metal detector, So that no operator will communicate or make bond with the security concerns and material verification. > Rotation of security concern is necessary on daily basis. > Dummy should be taken of security concern to check their attentiveness towards checking. > Also require one security concern all the time to check operator before washroom when we have plan of smart phones. > Also require one more camera who will monitor operator activity in the washroom gang way. currently no camera will focus on the gang way area of washroom. > Cars should be checked for all the concerns during in and out. > No material should be moved without any valid document either its of smt or IQC team." | 08/2024 | |||
