1 - Devices are failed at RF, during analysis found that Rf connector are pad of from the board. 2- The defects get generated when the external force has been applied on the rf connector in upward direction only. 3- During online verification process observed that after rf locking station , if the lower rf wire was not routed properly than upper rf wire was not able to route on the desired location. 4- During second routing of rf wire operator unplug the first rf wire by taking rf wire instead of twiser for relocking. 5- When operator apply force from the rf wire instead of the bottorm area of locking than only the rf connector get detached from the PCBA area. | 1. Defect was shown to concern for issue verification and acknowledgment. 2. Aware operator to route first rf wire properly so that there no requirement of re-locking of rf wire. 3. Instruct line flexy and operator to check routing tool on regular intervals for blunt issue, so that rf routing gets proper. 3. Feedback and instruct to operator not to unplug rf connector by rf wire, if their is any requirement of unplug than it should be done by the line flexy with teh help of twiser only. 4. Defect trcaking ongoing for the same, also instruct line flexy for monitoring of rf wire unplugging process not take place without supervision of production flexy. 5. Internal checkpoint has been given to bracket installation operator to reverify buckling of rf wire before installation of PCBA bracket | 08/2024 | |||

1. Handset PCBA Antenna Pin damage found at SFT stage of Assembly Line. 2. After Analysis found Receiver Antenna was damage, which found in 1st Clean room(PCBA Installation Satge). 3. Before PCBA Installation we mapped all stages Process in which 2 stages suspected found. > Small RF cable Locking stage,where after locking Operator Finger hitting or coming near by this antenna. > 2nd Stage was Copper foil Pasting where Operator handling was not ok,At this stage Operator when working in less CT as defined then before fixing in guide pillar PCBA Operator closing the Flap during this Misshandling PCBA antenna pin getting Damage. 4.Operator Neglegency during work on PCBA. | 1. Re-mapped the process of RF locking stage Operator that during bucking will take care finger will not come at this antenna.Also will ensure RF cable should be buckle in 1st time with proper alignment. 2 . All Stages Handling Process Checked,which all working on PCBA & Defect shown to all Operators. 3. Aware to Copper foil Pasting stage Operator that he will work after taking his Complete Cycle time,Flap will close after Fix PCBA in Guide pillar. 4. Also File the jig guide pillar daily shift starting for PCBA easily Fixing. | 08/2024 | |||
