At present we return balance kit to MC room, where it is kept in trolley only wrapped and without any responsibility. | If we make a system wherein the balance kit will be returned to MC room and somebody from MC team will count each and every material returned in balance kit and take them back in SAP stock in MC01 from Asy01 after every shift. In this way Reco will be matched automatically after every shift, and also the difference in any material can be ascertained after every shift. This will help in reducing the extra reco activities and also gap in each and every material and also wrong posting can be found at evry shift end, which will increase material traceability and acountability. | 08/2022 | |||

Earlier the LAVA reset tool was being used on OQA1 stage which could detect only sim card and not sd card while reseting the tool so in case a sd card is skipped from the stage, it would directly reach the customer. | New RF reset tool implemented on OQA1 stage to make sure sim and SD card could be detected while resetting the handset through the tool and make sure no sim or SD card reaches the market from our end. Also the RF reset tool helps detect if there's any mismatch in the serial printing number and the actual IMEI of the handset. If any of the above mentioned cases come across the reset tool now fails those handsets. | 07/2022 | |||
