Before we were facing BTB connector shifting issue intermittently at Post AOI in model Yuva_Star_2_Main board. | after analysis we found part doing issue with 1002 nozzle in Mounter-7 with two Nozzle head and no pre detection of this part. Now we move this part in Mounter-6 with 158 rubber pad nozzle before Pre AOI machine. after this implement no issue observed. | 05/2025 | ||

Currently we are pasting main lens adhesive manually in Gem power model, for which we have to aligned 3 manpower for paste adhesive and also defect rate is high in this process | If we provide Gem power main lens adhesive paste jig so, we can save one manpower from main lens adhesive paste stage and it also increase quality and decrease scrap rate of main lens and front cover | 09/2022 | ||
