Facing problem with splicing during splicing pin with big components like SIM CARD ,SD CARD, SHIELD ,USB ,CPU,and IC CHIP etc, 2) we have snatching with our colleagues (mounter operator) 3) not working properly during splicing . And I tried to detect where is issue but never said anyone but every mounter operator facing this problem | Now we have not to facing problem during splicing with Big comments like SIM CARD ,SD CARD, SHIELD USB,CPU,and IC CHIP etc, 2) we have not to faceing snatching and fight with our colleagues and during hand over 3) and we have to not leasing about splicing from quality. | 02/2025 | |||

Earlier we opened the system with the help of key board due to which sometimes it took extra time to open the system due to which it took extra time to open the system during changeover or there was loss of production or due to which we had downtime. | Now we use a 2D barcode which is scanned by the scanner with the help of which the time taken to open the system is reduced or the system is opened without the keyboard or there is no loss of production. | 02/2025 | |||
