At present there is no any defined process to consume these used PCBA on line and the leader of the line also tries to consume these PCBA but there comes issue of Not Scan, Already bind, Damaged or block PCBA, Not From SMT issue. So this takes time and the used PCBA are rarely consumed on line at the same shift and these creates used PCBA pending on floor. | If we delegate a single manpower in each shift from MRN team who will be responsible to segregate and run the used PCBA. He will segregate all the used PCBA received in kit and run all the PCBA by binding the PCBA offline if not scan issue is coming, if already bind then make data and send to repair for unbind and then do software and then run on line. It will clear the used PCBA in same shift and it will lead to no any PCBA hold on floor | 02/2024 | ||
