If any defect comes at any LANE in SPI machine then machine gives alarm and going to STOP and no board is scanned by machine until defect is not clear. So due to this we are getting production lose. | Now we change the machine setting and enable continue running if any defect comes at SPI. Now if any defect comes in LANE 1 then LANE 2 is continue running so we are not getting production loss due to any defect comes due to printer at SPI stage. | 08/2024 | ||

The post AOI of Line-4 to be fiducial out in the running line. the ball screw of the head is causing problem. due to which fiducial error would occur every once in a while. | After, then we fixed the IR Sensor by moving it a little back from where it was fixed and the machine went under observation. then there was no problem in the machine. machine running continusoly running ok. | 05/2024 | ||
