When we made new data of Random ball BGA part during the NPI then we select the body size then given random ball to detect the mounter so some time machine not adjust the placement according to body size and part had to shift & skew during mounting time. | Now we select the only random ball area size and also select its center ball to reference the mounting placement during create new data.,after doing this activity no issue reported at Pre AOI for BGA part shifting and skew issue . | 04/2024 | |||

In the air ionizer we are using stand to hold the air unit. Sometimes it getting loose from the screw and the air automatically getting on. during this extra wastage of air. | We are using modified stand in air ionizer.
