In Yuva 2 TP assembly we have found LCD FPC damage issue in assembly line (Defect rate 1%) | For Controlling the slippage issue from element room be have take below actions-\ And now defect rate is ZERO from 1% Occurrence level 1) Process mapping has been done 2) Process of Blue vinyl removing has been changed and SOP also updated for same 3) Pressing Jig modification 4) SP tray using instead of normal plastic tray to improve handling issues 5) Single tray run followed Detection Level 1) Fixed the manpower of Visual inspection in both shifts 2) Taking continuous dummy for all VI operators. | 08/2023 | ||
