Key holder fall off issue reported in Yuva2 5G at production line in first 500 trial parts. Cause:- The C46 dimension of the midframe is at the upper limit of 2.23mm (specification requirement is 2.18 ± 0.05mm for PVT materials). | To avoid the key holder fall off issue supplier has adjusted the tolerance Range of midframe to 2.18 + 0.03mm,-0.05mm to reduce the gap in extreme cases that facing in PVT. | 01/2025 | |||

We are made first time Earbuds in our company. as we know Earbuds T31 main pcba have very small size. they have many mini and micro components use to make pcba. they are not visible in our eyes because they all are mount in very small pcba. so repair technician are not proper identify cold and dry solder component. | when we update repair setup for Earbuds T31 model. so we update magnifier glass in sop. magnifier glass is very help full for identified mini and micro dry solder component by eyes. it is very help full for flout finding dry and cold soldering component. it is increase repair productivity and repair Quality. | 08/2025 | |||
