Before on daily basis part miss comes in Model - Moto 200 of speaker net miss . Due to one person remove vinyl and second paste speaker . Reason was that B shell was black and speaker net is also black . | Now we have changed the process one person remove the vinyl as well paste speaker net also. Second is also do like this work . This time we made neck band probuds n11. we are made first time neck bands in our company. as we know probuds n11 main pcba have very small size. they have many mini and micro components use to make pcba. they are not visible in our eyes because they all are mount in very small pcba. so repair technician are not proper identify cold and dry solder component. | when we update repair setup for proband n11 model. so we update magnifier glass in sop. magnifier glass is very help full for identified mini and micro dry solder component by eyes. it is very help full for flout finding dry and cold soldering component. it is increase repair productivity and repair Quality. | 09/2025 | |||
