At present 2 manpowers are working on Inspect middle cover and remove vinyl of middle cover and finger print and than operator fix Flash LED and fix finger prrint sensor. In model lava Z33 we don't have any jig for pasting of graphite and copper foil the operator was doing work manually due to this many time we facing the issue of graphite and copper foil shifting issue and unnecessary defect getting on line and also many time during alignment it got damage and getting scrap. | now jig implement done in this model and operator is doing the work with help of jig and now we don't have any issue for Mylar shifting and unnecessary defects and material scrap issues are controlled. | 12/2023 | ||
