In T51 new model, a high failure rate was observed at the Audio test process during initial production. After analysis, it was found that: Manpower handling was improper Fixture/jig usage was not correct Due to improper handling and fixture condition, audio failures were increasing This caused low efficiency and more rework | Corrective actions were taken: Proper training was given to manpower on handling and testing method Fixture/jig condition and working method were improved Standard method of operation was implemented As a result, the testing process became more stable. | 02/2026 | ||

In battery cover assembly area, initially only 1 manpower deployed at FVI stage to check the cover visually. Observed that excess glue was present which wasn't pass and since it was dry, hence the cover had to be scrapped. | In battery cover assembly area, initially only 1 manpower deployed at FVI stage to check the cover visually.
