In model lava Z33 we don't have any jig for pasting of graphite and copper foil the operator was doing work manually due to this many time we facing the issue of graphite and copper foil shifting issue and unnecessary defect getting on line and also many time during alignment it got damage and getting scrap. | now jig implement done in this model and operator is doing the work with help of jig and now we don't have any issue for Mylar shifting and unnecessary defects and material scrap issues are controlled. | 12/2023 | ||

we can remove any TP LCD smart phone that gets scraped for minor scratches or dents, we can remove it by making a refurbished phone for the employee or we can control the use of any TP LCD scrap that is done by this company | Now we are running a model called Blaze Curve which has a lot of scratches or dents in it so we are going to make a refurbished phone for the employee so that the company will have less loss. | 11/2024 | |||
