Earlier, we used to take all employees in a meeting and explain 6S and ESD face-to-face, but the employees would forget. | Later, we created a PPT that will be displayed on an LED TV, which will run continuously. During their daily activities, such as when employees arrive, take tea breaks, or attend meetings, the PPT will showcase 6S, ESD, floor discipline, defect prevention, and lot reject videos.
