After PCR given by QA team we rearranged process as per given below 1. Battery binding & Battery connector fixing & fix battery & press battery 2. Battery binding & Battery connector fixing & fix battery & press battery There was 2 duplicate sop for this so we added one more scanning setup | Now we modified battery fixing process & now process is as per given below 1. Battery unpacking & connector fixing & battery fixing 2. Battery scanning & binding & Battery pressing So we saved one scanning setup from all smart phone | 02/2023 | ||

Before, Bar code was Printing at IMEI Lable stage and we can easily scanning During MRP Printing at ABC Label Printing stage with 1D Scanner. also label verification can easily with same scanner. After New Label Implemention in IMEI label QR Code Printing in All FP Model. That's why we need two Type of Scanner during IMEI Label QR Scanning & MRP label Bar Code Verification. When we using only HD Scanner for IMEI Label Scanning & MRP Label Verification facing mess issue like..Multiple QR available at Gift Box, Ean code, Battery SN , Gift Box QR code that's why Opertator Mismatching during Scanning due to This Validation Facing . | We have Changed Scanner Setting Now Only we can only Scan MRP label due to this No validation issue facing during label Verification. Beacause in This Scanner Setting EAN disable & Fix Scanning digit. | 06/2025 | ||
