Current Scenario: As I observed online that almost all soldering jigs are very dirty conditions, i.e. soldering paste and soldering balls/ extra solders debris been accumulated over these jigs which are not getting cleaned on regular basis. Due to this there are chances of occurrence of different types of abnormalities which can lead the failures. | After Improvement: Once we will implement the cleaning process of these soldering jigs frequently on regular basis by using IPA then we can avoid functional or other appearance related abnormalities in future too. One check sheet will also be added to track this process and remaining monitoring will be done by PQC as well . | 02/2024 | |||
