Same handset 4 time imei write after getting failure from RF stage There is no alert / blocking for imei re-write in same handset Handsets detected at RF 4 times but in final attempt scanning interchange in those particular 2 handsets.
Lock has been added in imei write system to eliminate re-write process at writing stage . If operator will found already written handset then he will handover this handset in repair as per defined process. Report of IMEI mismatch on line for smartphones will be shared and same will be reviewed in daily production meeting and immediate actions will be aligned
Right now we are doing IMEI write with 2D scanning, but now checking feasibility to benchmark IMEI writing process of Lava Blaze in which IMEI is written as per respective PCBA serial number through which label interchange scanning can be eliminated
