Before,we are using 1mm bit in all models at router stage cutting pannels.In Blaze model we are facing a huge dust issue at cutting points at router zigs. In this case we needs to connect low air pressure for cleaning PCB dust.
After, we experiment with 1.2mm bit at router zig for cutting lava blaze model and play with small parameters setting.Now the dust level is 99 percent controlled and no air pressure is used for cleaning PCB regarding Dust. |
