Dirty marks on TP display in all models of Lava smart phones IPA was not evaporated immediately leaving dirty marks on TP. The cleaning cloth did not completely soak the IPA after cleaning and the operator put the handset in a PE bag.

Hand gloves/finger cots will be used by TP cleaning operators. SOP updated. The cleaning of TP started with IPA soaked cleaning cloth in the input phase of first packing and final visual inspection is to be done on the existing handset and cleaning with dry cleaning cloth in PE bag phase. SOP to be updated. The quality of the fabric will be reviewed and replaced for further improvement and effectiveness in the cleaning process. Horizontal Deployment: This cleaning process is positioned horizontally for all running Lava smart phone all models.
